Hi everyone! It's been a while since I last did a blog post.
I have some new and exciting things to blog about. There will be a few coming up about my painting processes, so will try to start blogging on a regular basis again.
The first thing I would like to share, is that I had to take time away from art for a while so we could spend the time building our home. Now that our home is complete, I finally have a new comfortable studio to work from!
I am happy to say that I have made time for art again, and the studio has been getting a work out, especially with plenty of Pet Portrait orders coming in.
I look forward to sharing my work with you all.
Some upcoming blogs will include toning canvases, blocking in a painting, and tackling airbrushed blurry backgrounds.

I have created a wall to hang my canvases rather than using easels. This allows me to work on several pieces at once, and everything can be moved and adjusted. I can lift or lower a painting depending if I want to sit or stand. I have had 4 paintings going at once on here. You can't see in this photo, but it has 5 rails. Projects can be moved out of the way and hung up higher out of the way.
