Work in progress... Polychromos pencils

Here is a glimpse of this weeks work in progress...

I have never spent so much time on a background before, but I have absolutely loved these pencils! This drawing is pretty huge measuring 54.5 cm x 36.5 cm.

I am using AS (Art Spectrum) Odourless Solvent to help blend them. I love this blurry background effect. You can see this technique in the video that will be posted above this once it is completed.

Now for the Giraffe :)
